Replaced Object Dock

But Stardock still wins

Ok, so after finally hearing too many times that ObjectDock 2.0 has no schedule estimate I decided to check out WinStep. Wow, what a great Suite. Really helped give my desktop some punch and with some handy utilities as well.

But after downloading that I decided my plain vanilla Vista windows needed help. So I decided to re-subscribe to Object Desktop Ultimate. Almost as cheap as just buying WB. I had given up on everything except ObjectDock because WB and the other tools were so buggy (I stopped using shortly after 5.1 came out as I recall.)

Kudos to Stardock, WB 6.4 is very nice and I now have a beautiful Desktop. Although I no longer have a use for ObjectDock. Maybe after Win 7 is released I'll re-evaluate whether or not I need all of these third party tools. Maybe Microsoft will give me all the eyecandy and tools I want.

Ya right.
